This custom is one of a group of characters I recently created using some Scaphoid figures, creating a little unit I call the "Ghosts of Caramoor"

Recipe

The base figure on this is a Scaphoid. His head was replaced with one from Keltuss, which works wonderfully with the green Scaphoid bones. His purple "cloth" on the Keltuss head is also a perfect match for the torso and loin from Scaphoid. The cape on this is from an Ultima Online Adaranath figure. His sword is from a MOTU Wrap Trap, and his skirt is from a LOTR Lord Elrond.
