The Mythic Legions action figure customs of Jeremy Girard

Goblin

Flea, Goblin Private First Class

This goblin wasn’t even on my radar until I recently got a Silver Max dwarf figure from the old Shadowrun line. I bought that figure for the dwarf parts, but it came with a weird spider-like robot that had what looked like an army helmet with googles and a long mosquito-like nose. As soon as I saw that robot-spider, I wondered if I could pull the helmet off and use it on a goblin! With a little hot water and some force, I had a new helm to make a cool new goblin with!

Recipe

The body on this is a goblin legion builder. I painted with with greens and some silver to give it the military-style look I wanted and to match it to the helm. His gun is from a McFarlane Billy the Kid and his big sword is from a LOTR Berserker Uruk-hai.

For the head, I used the head from a Coliseum Orc, pulling the normal helm off that head and slicing off his ears so the head would fit inside the military helmet. I added a little glue to keep it in place and some blue tack to make the head fit in the 2.0 style neck and I had yet another fun goblin design for my collection, a character I call Flea, Goblin Private First Class.
