The Mythic Legions action figure customs of Jeremy Girard

Sir Draven

This custom came from a desire to add some new, unique dwarves to my display. In looking for new dwarve heads to use, I stumbled upon a short-lived line called Shadowrun Duels. One of the figures in the second series of that line was a dwarf named "Draven von Drehill." The figure itself was not great by today's standards, but the head was a really nice dwarf sculpt that was almost perfectly sized to be used with Mythic Legions. That head was sculpted with blue chainmail-like armor, making him an ideal head to use atop a Jorund Runeshaper body to create my dwarven knight.

Recipe

This custom started with the head from the Shadowrun Duels Draven von Drehill figure. I dremmled out that head so that it would fit on top of a Mythic Legions neck post.

The body is 100% from a ML Jorund Runeshaper figure. I never liked the fact that the dwarven wizard was wearing a suit of full plate-mail, so this body felt much more appropriate to me as a dwarven knight.

The shield, which is an almost perfect shape of blue to match the armor, is from a ML Torionn figure and the sword was a random one I had in my fodder bin.  All in all a very easy custom, but a wonderful addition to my dwarven kingdom.
