This frost goblin was actually made specifically to be given away as a raffle prize at the first ever Legions Con event in New Jersey in November 2019. He went home with one lucky winner!

Recipe

This is actually a very simple custom that uses a Goblin Legion Builder as its base.  The rove us from a LOTR Strider figure.  I sliced some spots for his goblin ears and gave the entire thing some paints to give him his icy effect. His fur piece is from a Bromden Ironjaw.
